It's understandable to have a lively New Year! However, while stipulating that the Chinese be required to whisper in case they are noisy to others, while letting their own restaurant play hi-tunes at night, repeated communication is still invalid! Serious suspicion of alleged discrimination! Is it because the New Year can make guests staying in their own hotel in the middle of the night to bear the noise of fifty to sixty? I state that the person has always been kind ... but a 4 star like this I didn't think could exist ... old furniture, faded carpet, TV with bad reception, minimalist bathroom with shabby tub and only 2 soaps and a bottle for the shower of poor quality ... but the thing I really didn't expect was the absence of a thermostat in the room ... in October I was sweating with a t-shirt ... I had the answer to this at the concierge: open the balcony😰 done it turned out room full of insects ... inconceivable even for a 3 star ... ah in the minibar only 4 bottles of water and they also ask if you took "something from the fridge" 😲😂😂😂 Another oddity: they charged the room on arrival ... and for the 2 euros of the bottle taken I had to ask for a receipt ...

Very friendly and helpful staff. I attended many 4-star hotels but this disappointed me. Only cold air came out of the asasug transporter, a 4-star pool is not appropriate, air conditioning is always on even at night. The photos we saw do not reflect what it actually was. A good thing, perfect toilet hygiene

Hotel is far away from city. Rooms are big and clean but you have to pay extra for wi-fi.

Nice hotel, near Venice and near Padova ..

Today it's 2019 ave and i still have to paid for wifi, and the rates are per hour. So you have to pay 3€/per hour for a poor internet speed that do not justify the price. Also, the electronics around the room are very old, for example the tv looks exactly like the one's posted bellow by the others clients.

To be a 4-star hotel it has nothing to do with the class that distinguishes this type of hotel. Rooms small and dark, furniture from the 70s never renewed, TV in the room which is a painful cathode ray tube with 3 tuned channels, essential services are missing, the WiFi password that you can't have if you don't go to reception specifically (I called from the cell phone to the reception because there are no signs to call the hotel in the internal phone) I received the receipt with user name and password and I returned to my room. Internet never worked: neither on phone nor on laptop. I don't think in 2018 it would be very demanding from a 4 star at least one TV in the room that is not a 14 "15 years ago and a WiFi with DECENT fiber. DISSATISFIED

I have never been in a worse hotel in my whole life the receptionist was very inpollite and aregent i wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The terrible service of '' you '' if you can call it that. which gave me the card to the room was very unkind and witty. I guess someone has not advanced ... I attach pictures of a room for which I paid about 90 euros, except that the room smells of mold and it would be quite ill. It is better to sleep under the bridge more prestige. Enjoyed a lovely overnight stay provided by Air Transat due to a plane delay. The staff were amazing and so accommodating. Great food, great room with all the necessary provisions. Can't say enough about the hospitality. The young man at the reservation desk tried so hard to find a taxi for myself and a few girls for at least an hour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. 💕

The dining room in which we dined looked like an authentic sauna. It is seen that they do not know the air conditioning. The food from 0 to 10 would have a 3. The rooms with stained walls, the bathroom very old and when you noticed, all the ground flooded with water.
